(CEBP) is an independently owned and operated investment and insurance practice.  With clients located in East Texas, the DFW metroplex, the West Texas oilfields and the Houston area, we can assist employers of all sizes throughout Texas.  Our office is located in the community of Troup, a suburb of Tyler.
